Physical Education

The physical education department has taken significant steps to provide meaningful and relevant fitness and sport activities to prepare our students to be active and healthy adults. Golf, yoga, nutrition, and fitness education are all new additions to our Physical Education curriculum. By assessing Individual student interests, aptitudes, and abilities, we are better able to educate our students to be healthy young adults after high school.
