StopIt Incident Reporting

Use StopIt to report issues with safety or harassment at HHS. You can download the StopIt app to your phone or use your Chromebook:

Step 1: Follow the link: appweb.stopitsolutions.com

Step 2: Enter the code:  HHSStop

Step 3: Fill out the report with detailed information, including your name.  

Note: If you are reporting harassment or bullying, we may need to talk to you to get more details before we can fully investigate. Please include your name in the report so we can follow up with you.
